We’re looking for foreign resident couples aged 45+ living in Costa Rica, groups of couples in the same age group who enjoy traveling together, and families with senior adults. No professional modeling experience or social media following is required.

You must be a foreign national currently residing in Costa Rica, be comfortable on camera, follow creative direction, and be available for the agreed production schedule. Casting depends on each creative brief and hotel’s needs. Images illustrate the experience and do not confirm a participating property.

We review applications against upcoming creative briefs. Shortlisted applicants may be invited to a brief conversation.
Following hotel approval, review the stay, schedule, inclusions, cancellation terms, and image-use agreement before accepting.
Once confirmed in writing, join us for your hosted stay and scheduled production sessions.
Accommodation and breakfast, lunch, and dinner within the dates and package agreed in writing. The number of nights, rooms, participants, production hours, and any included activities vary by assignment.
You arrange and pay for transportation. Alcohol, incidentals, upgrades, additional companions, and extra activities are excluded unless explicitly included in your written confirmation.
Why we’re creating this program
We believe authentic hospitality stories are best told by people genuinely enjoying the experience. Rather than interrupting international travelers during their vacations, we’re inviting people who already call Costa Rica home to be part of creating those stories.
It’s a simple exchange built around a shared appreciation for remarkable destinations and hospitality.
Scenes may be staged and directed for commercial use. Participants are hosted production guests; participation is not an independent guest review, a vacation prize, or a sweepstakes.

Transparency is part of the experience. You’ll receive the assignment details before deciding whether to join.
No. We’re looking for genuine people who feel comfortable on camera and can follow a creative director’s guidance. A professional portfolio or social following is not required.
Foreign nationals currently residing in Costa Rica. Creative briefs focus on couples aged 45+, groups of couples, and families with senior adults. Initial family applications are for adults aged 50+. This stage of the program is for adults only.
Production hours vary by assignment. We’ll agree the schedule, preparation, filming windows, and leisure time before you accept. You should expect directed scenes and reasonable retakes.
Yes, when the group fits the creative brief and is approved in advance. Submit one initial application describing your group. Every selected adult must agree individually to the participation terms and image-use release. Additional companions are not automatically included.
Your confirmed accommodation and breakfast, lunch, and dinner are provided in exchange for your agreed participation and image usage rights. The program does not offer a cash participation fee. Inclusions, exclusions, dates, and any activities are specified per assignment.
Potential uses may include hotel websites, social media, and paid advertising, depending on the assignment. The agreement will specify the brands, channels, duration, territory, editing, and any third-party use before you accept. Applying does not grant image usage rights.
You must arrange and cover your transportation to and from the hotel unless your written invitation explicitly states otherwise.
No. Participation is by selection, based on creative needs, hotel approval, availability, and agreement on all conditions. Please wait for written confirmation before making travel arrangements.
Cancellation, rescheduling, and contingency terms are provided with each assignment before acceptance. Once confirmed, notify your STRATEGIA production contact promptly if your availability changes.
STRATEGIA uses it to review your application and contact you about it through HubSpot. You are not subscribed to newsletters by applying. We request a recent photo to evaluate your application. Photo evaluation requires separate consent and does not grant promotional image rights. Social profile links are optional.
